Ingredients
2cupsof white all purpose flour
1cupof milk
1cupof water
6eggs beaten
1/2cupof vegetable oilor melted butter
1/2tspof salt
Instructions
In a large bowl mix water, milk, eggs and oil. Mix it well to break down the eggs.
Add flour and salt to the wet ingredients and mix (or whisk) it well, until no little lamps of flour remain. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes, or as long as one hour.
Heat a 9" non-stick frying pan (in the video we used a 9" cast iron skillet ) on high, when it's hot turn it to medium heat. Drizzle a little oil or butter onto the pan.
With a ladle pour about 3.5oz of the batter onto the pan while swirling the pan around to evenly distribute the batter on the bottom of the pan.
Fry for about 1 to 1.5 minute on each side.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the batter is used.
