- Three medium zucchini shredded.
- Three medium squash shredded.
- Three carrot shredded.
- Three ribs of celery chopped .
- 1 medium onion chopped.
- Four entire heads of garlic finely chopped.
- 8 quarts of chicken stock vegetable stock or use Base
Combine all the ingredients in a pot
Cook for 45 minutes stirring occasionally
Let cool and then freeze in smaller batches.
